Laser Targets - We have broad experience in supplying customized laser targets for research applications. Polyimide film is used in Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF) experiments in two principal configurations.

Proportional Counter Windows - Luxel has manufactured a variety of proportional counter windows over the past several years. Consult one of our engineers about your requirements and specifications.

Bandpass Filters - preeminient supplier of submicron foils for the soft X-ray and EUV portions of the electromagnetic spectrum.  Luxel's filters have been utilized in the majority of soft X-ray and EUV space astronomy missions flown since the early 1970's.

Filter Frames - We offer three standard frame styles,  including mounting in a VAT valve, that are available in several sizes. We will supply custom filters and windows mounted on your frames. 

RADAK™ and OLED Vacuum Deposition Furnaces and Power Controllers - Luxel's RADAK furnaces are resistance heated vacuum evaporators. They offer excellent control in the evaporation of materials up to 1500°C.  Thermocouple control permits accurate deposition rates, vapor temperature, and reproducible vapor species for consistent film characteristics.

Gas Vacuum Separation Windows - Our pressure windows can provide X-ray throughput while withstanding one atmosphere pressure differential.

TEM Supports - TEM supports were developed with assistance from the US National Institutes of Health (NIH). These strong, filmed supports can span very large unobstructed apertures – supplied standard up to 2mm ID.

Photocathodes for High Performance Stream Cameras - Luxel Corporation produces photocathodes for high performance streak cameras, including the Kentech, AXIS Photonique, and Hadland Photonics instruments.
